CCC - Open Saloons

Sponsored by

The Canterbury Car Club has been running the grassroots series for over 30 years, it’s setup to cater for club level cars in Canterbury wanting to compete with minimal rules and regulations in a fun and safe environment for new and seasoned competitors alike.

Events are run on a Sunday and consist of a qualifying and three 8-12 lap standing start races all run on the Ruapuna Park Grand Prix Circuit (3.33km).

With a typical entry fee being $200 (with early entry discount) this is some of the best bang for buck racing you can find in the country.

Cars range from lightly modified road cars to full on race cars and everything in between.
